The Centre for Food Safety (CFS) has embarked on a two-year programme to test the nutritional composition of infant and follow-up formulae available in the local market. Following the preliminary study on 14 infant formulae and an extensive study on iodine in infant formula, testing results of other nutrients will be released in batches starting from mid-November 2012.
