Latest test results on melamine(with table)
The Centre for Food Safety (CFS) today (October 8) released the latest batch of results of melamine tests.
Results showed that all the 102 samples tested were satisfactory. These included milk, frozen confections, peanut butter, salad dressings, pasta sauces and nutrition supplements for hospital use.
"So far, we have tested about 30 samples of peanut butter and salad dressings and all are satisfactory. We will continue to collect samples of dairy products and products with dairy ingredients for testing," a spokesman for the CFS said.
"Test results for milk, frozen confections, infant milk products for hospital use, biscuits as well as condiments and sauces will be available tomorrow."
