Target population
The Survey collected food consumption information from the local younger population. A total of 1 389 eligible respondents aged between six and 17 were enumerated.
Data collection
Food consumption data was collected through conducting two 24-hour dietary recall interviews with each respondent on two non-consecutive days. Furthermore, food consumption information of some selected food items was also collected by means of a food frequency questionnaire.
