Workshop on Reduction of Sodium in Soup

The Centre for Food Safety held workshops on “Reduction of Sodium in Soup” for the members of trade in January and March 2019. The workshop introduced how to reduce the sodium content in soup through product reformulation and promoted low-salt low-sugar eating culture, so that the members of trade can provide safe and healthy food to the public.
