"Get the Temperature Right" Food Hygiene Seminar 2012 (Public Series)
The Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department is organizing the "Get the Temperature Right" Food Hygiene Seminar 2012 (Public Series) which will take place from July to September 2012. The objective of the seminar is to publicize to members of the public the importance of critical control for food safety by holding and storage of food at the right temperature. The information on Nutrition Labeling, Food Incidents and Risk Perception will also be introduced. Through active participation of these seminars, knowledge of members of the public on food safety will be enhanced.
