First held in 2002, the Veterinary Public Health (VPH) Workshop has been an annual event whereby speakers ranging from academics and government officials from all over the world have been invited to Hong Kong. The Workshop is a platform to raise awareness of the latest development of scientific knowledge in the field of veterinary public health and food safety. This year, we have the honour of having guest speakers from Mainland China, Japan, New Zealand and Sweden to share their expertise and insight on food safety focus in the supply chain for foods of animal origin and one health.
