"Get the Temperature Right" Announcement of Public Interests
In the hot summer, it is important to keep food at safe temperatures to prevent food poisoning. Cold food should be kept at or below 4 degrees Celsius and hot food at above 60 degrees Celsius. Remember to put perishable food into the refrigerator within two hours of preparation or cooking and discard food that has been left out at room temperature for more than four hours.
