Get the Temperature Right Public and Trade Talk Series
The Centre for Food Safety will organize, together with food trade associations and non-governmental organizations, a series of talks on food safety between June and August 2012. The aim is to get the correct food safety messages across to members of the public and food trade. In these talks, we will talk about how to identify and manage food safety risks at home and at food premises. We will also provide tips on how to choose the right food. It is hoped that by raising food safety standards to a higher level, everyone can enjoy food with peace of mind.
This series of talks will focus on the four main topics listed below:
- Get the Temperature Right
- Use Nutrition Labels
- Food Incidents and Risk Perception
- Keep Foreign Bodies Away
