- The Centre for Food Safety (CFS) noted notices from the Japan Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Department of Food Safety of Macao that the above-mentioned products might contain mould and are being recalled.
- The CFS confirmed that the above-mentioned importer had imported into Hong Kong the affected batches of products concerned.

- The importer concerned has stopped sales and removed from shelves the affected products and has initiated a recall according to the CFS's instructions.
- The CFS has alerted the trade, and will continue to follow up on the incident and take appropriate action. The investigation is ongoing.
