The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the Trilingual Telephone Hotline System on Food Safety and Environmental Hygiene on the departmental hotline of 2868 0000.

The new system can now offer 3 choices of languages including Cantonese, Putonghua and English. More information on food safety and environmental hygiene has also been added. Callers can listen to stories on food safety and environmental Hygiene, as well as to receive fax copy on relevant topics.
