Introduction

With the relaxation of the anti-epidemic measures, most schools have resumed full-time face-to-face classes, and are arranging meals for students on campus. To re-enforce the self-managing food safety at school, the Centre for Food Safety (CFS) has held an online talk for school heads, teachers and parent group representatives with information on how to prevent food poisoning and handle school lunch boxes properly.
