Introduction

Most schools are arranging meals for students on campus every day. To re-enforce the self-managing food safety at school, the Centre for Food Safety (CFS) has held an online talk on “Food Safety at Schools” for school heads, teachers and parent group representatives. The talk discussed lunchbox safety, introduction of high-risk foods, prevention of food poisoning, choking hazards and food allergy that teaching staff and food handlers in schools should pay attention to.
