- Selected a list of representative foods to represent the majority of foods consumed by the population.
- Based on the food consumption data of the adult population captured by the Food Consumption Survey conducted by the CFS.
- Covered about 90% of the daily food intake of the Hong Kong population.
- Food items consumed at over 1 g per person per day
- Food items consumed by over 5% of the population
- Food items considered particularly important for dietary exposure estimation (such as food items that have especially high levels of certain concerned chemical substance)
