獸醫公共衞生工作坊 2012

獸醫公共衞生工作坊 2012 已於 2012 年 12 月 17 及 18 日，假香港中央圖書館舉行。是次工作坊參加者超過 200 人，包括香港和內地的官員，以及相關範疇的專業人士。

今年工作坊的主題為：如何應用「食物安全重點控制(HACCP)」概念於食物安全管理上—從農場到餐桌；以及牲畜與食物的電子認證系統 。

我們很榮幸邀請到六位嘉賓來港參與是次工作坊，與其他參加者分享他們的經驗及專業知識。六位演講嘉賓分別為 Dr. Chris Knight 、 Mr. Alexander Moret 、 Dr. Boyd Berends 、 Dr. Duncan Craig、杜宏偉先生及 Dr. Erik Bosker (可按此瀏覽他們的簡歷) 。
